Today is a leisure day but you can add an extra activity to your 11 day ausangate trek by embarking into a tour to the Sacred Valley.
The Sacred Valley is one of the most representative and beautiful landscapes of Cusco.
We will collect you at your local hotel in Cusco during the morning time around 08:00 am and travel towards Pisac village, visit its fantastic artisans market as well as the temple and architecture of Pisac dated from Inca times.
On the Pisac artisans market, you will be having the opportunity in purchase any of the hand made crafts and textiles.
Once we have finished visiting Pisac, then will continue in direccion to Urubamba towards Ollantaytambo but first will stop in the way to have a lunch at Tunupa restaurant. We will head up on a private transport and to have also a panoramic view of this impressive and beautiful Sacred valley
Ollantaytambo has a magnificent structure which is worthy to explore. The people of Ollantaytambo are very proud on keeping their traditions and you will see them wearing beautifully typical dresses. This village is surrounded by their local sacred mountains and valley of Patacancha and Willoq.
Finished our journey to Ollantaytambo, we will be visiting Chinchero artisan market and then return to Cusco at about 18:30 hours.
