A Hike to Machu Picchu is a wonderful low-impact workout. Unlike exercising on a treadmill or concrete path, hiking involves more, sometimes irregular variables. These variables are what makes it so entertaining! These  tips will make your first treks a success:

1. Check the weather.


Leading up to your hike, and again a few hours before. It will give you important information on how to dress and what to pack. If the weather is projected to be dreadful, it will give you the chance to prepare.
